Edo Sushi, what a value this place is.
We were not disappointed, the food was fantastic.
With one table out front of the Sushi Cart, and a small room with seating for 16 behind the cart, it was an intimate setting. An intimate setting with a typical Viet style, though one thing was different, the energy coming from the cart. It was intense, focused yet calm. No yelling, the serving staff working almost invisibly in the background delivering tray after tray of fresh, aesthetic dinners.
Three men, the owner in the #1 position and two sous-chefs, worked feverishly on their humble, but very functional cart. Each of their six hands worked knowingly among the the other, and they hustled to put out some of the freshest fish I have eaten in Danang. Their working area was spotless.
The value was fantastic.
Get there early, it fills up with locals quickly, and note that they have Sake off the menu, just ask.
I'll be back there soon. Great Spot.
